Speech therapy services are provided in homes, daycares, preschools, and virtually, allowing children to learn and practice communication skills in their natural environments. Sessions are individualized to each child's needs, interests, and goals.
Private Pay Practice
Kindred Rivers Therapy Services is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. This allows us to provide highly individualized, family-centered care focused on your child’s unique needs rather than insurance limitations on treatment frequency, duration, or goals. Payment is due at the time of service, and a superbill can be provided upon request for families who wish to pursue potential out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance plan.

Speech & Language Consultation (Free)
If you have concerns about your child's speech, language, or communication development, schedule a free consultation with a pediatric speech-language pathologist. We'll discuss your concerns, answer questions, and help determine whether a speech and language evaluation is recommended. This complimentary consultation is a great first step for families in New Braunfels and surrounding areas who are seeking guidance regarding speech delays, language delays, articulation difficulties, or stuttering.
Comprehensive Speech & Language Evaluation
Our comprehensive speech and language evaluations help identify speech delays, language delays, articulation disorders, stuttering, and other communication challenges in children. Following the evaluation, you'll receive personalized recommendations and a detailed plan to support your child's communication development and determine if speech therapy is recommended.
Play-Based One-On-One Speech Therapy Sessions
Our one-on-one pediatric speech therapy sessions use play-based, evidence-based techniques to help children improve speech, language, articulation, and fluency skills. Each session is individualized to your child's strengths, interests, and communication goals to support meaningful progress in a fun and engaging environment.
School-Based IEP Support/Consultation
We provide consultation for families navigating school-based speech therapy services, special education evaluations, and the IEP process. Support may include reviewing evaluation results, discussing eligibility, understanding speech and language goals, and helping families advocate for their child's communication needs within the school setting.
